Since November 8th, we have been informed that some Booking.com guests are receiving scam messages via WhatsApp. These messages ask guests to click on a payment link or share personal information.
Please be aware that our hotel will never ask for your credit card details, personal information, or login information via phone or WhatsApp.
If you receive such a message:
• Do not click on any links
• Do not share any personal or payment details
• Report the message immediately to WhatsApp and Booking.com
