What happens next:

Cancellation & Refunds: In case you have a booking at Hotelux, it will be canceled in our system at no charge. Any deposit or prepayment made toward your stay will be refunded in full to your original payment method.

Third-Party / OTA Bookings: If you booked through an online agent (such as Booking.com, Agoda or Expedia), your reservation will be updated via the channel system, and any refunds will process according to the booking platform’s procedures.
